Barbados has been described as having one church for every day in the year. The denominations on the island are so diversified, they outnumber the political constituencies.

Recently, while driving in the parish of St. Michael, we counted 13 churches within 2 linear miles. Tourists to the island are overjoyed to find that there is a place or places to worship, regardless to their conviction
